Remuneration
We believe in rewarding strong individual and team performance and recognising every employee’s contribution. We offer our employees competitive base remuneration as well as access to our discretionary bonus program.

Salary packaging of superannuation and vehicles in line with current ATO guidelines (after satisfactory completion of your probationary period).

We all know that a healthy body equals a healthy mind, so at Data Processors, we’ve made leaps and bounds of our own to make sure we keep our employees healthy and active inside and outside the workplace.
Fitness and massage allowance!
From day one you receive a fitness / massage allowance to help cover the costs of massages / fees from playing tennis, golf, squash, the gym, pilates, yoga, crossfit, ironman, competing in the Tour de France, or any other fitness activity you can think of.
For those that like to cycle, walk or run to work, we provide end-of-trip facilities including bicycle parking.
Stay active and healthy!
To keep you moving throughout the day, we have an assortment of games and our Sydney and Melbourne locations have a pool table, table tennis, foosball table and even a retro games console in our breakout rooms.
Of course, if you just want to stand up whilst you work there’s a bunch of stand-up hot-desks for you to use at your leisure too.
Prevention is better than cure. We now offer a free voluntary annual flu shot, in addition to a voluntary annual health and skin check-up. If you prefer your own arrangements, you can also use two days of personal leave per year to attend preventative medical appointments.
Refuel on us!
We offer fully equipped kitchens with ovens and microwaves for your pre-prepared meals in addition to espresso machines for your caffeine needs.
Our fridges and pantries are stocked with fresh fruit, juice, bread and other healthy snacks. Okay, we also have chips, biscuits, crackers, soft drinks and the odd sweet, too.
Party with us!
Our Christmas parties in recent years have included venues like Glass Brasserie, The Pavilion, Doyles on the Beach, and most recently, Cruise Bar in Circular Quay, so you could say we party rather well.
We also host exciting events including our annual online trivia, or smaller scale office events such as tenpin bowling, golf afternoon or lawn bowls.

Our Offices
Sydney
Our Sydney office opened in 1999 and is the largest of the three. Located in the bustling inner-city suburb of Pyrmont, we offer a modern office space with great facilities, technology and services only twenty minutes’ walk over Pyrmont Bridge to the city.
Hobart
Our Hobart office is located in the heart of the city. Our office is situated on the top floor of the Emily Dobson building, offering views of Mount Wellington (Kunanyi) and glimpses of the Harbour. The smallest of our offices, it is modern and focuses on Developer roles.
Melbourne
Located in the iconic Eureka building in the inner-city suburb of Southbank, our Melbourne office is modern with great facilities, technology and services, only a five-minute walk over the Yarra to the city.
